Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) program is a workout with brief, all-out work periods, separated by rest periods. This progam is inspired by the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity”, but minus the barbells and toys. This class is only 30 minutes so it is perfect for those with a packed schedule and not enough time for our hour-long classes. Every workout is different and each workout is scaled to your fitness level.
