Torque Athletics camp is for athletes concentrating primarily on improving the athletic abilities specific to their sport. We do so through technical and proper execution of strength movements in order to achieve an athlete’s highest potential in strength, power and speed. We also teach body awareness through acceleration and deceleration. This program is intended to develop explosiveness, strength and coordination but most of all have fun and take athletes to the next level in their goals.  

Summer 2019 Session :


June 3rd - August 30th

Age Groups 10-14:

M/W/F @ 10:30 - 11:30 am

$108 per month - 2 x per week

$133 per month - 3 x per week

Age Groups 15-18:

M/W/F @ 11:30 - 12:30 am

Can attend open gym and Torque Barbell training sessions in addition to regular scheduled sessions.
