TSC has 4 types of Training programs to offer its members, (CrossFit 1080, Torque Barbell, TorqueFit and Personal Coaching), each program has a variety of classes that you can choose to participate in on any given day. 

 

We follow the very foundational values of CrossFit, “constantly varied functional movement executed as high intensity”, with our CrossFit program. Each 1-hour class contains components of strength training and classic CrossFit WODs. We incorporate all areas of fitness including strength, endurance, technique, and stamina. Each class brings you through a proper warm-up, technique work, strength training, metcon, and accessory work. Every class is varied and challenging to ensure you never get bored. Everyone of all levels of fitness is encouraged to attend. We scale workouts to your level so you get the most out of your session every time! Balance and health should take priority in building the most optimally-performing human, or “Fittest on Earth.” You will see the majority of the programming geared towards building overall structure of the body done through squat, hinge, push, pull movements.  The goal is to build explosive and powerful strength without any added stress to the joints.

 

 

Torque Barbell's Vision is simple, we are looking to change people’s lives through Olympic Weightlifting. We do not care about your athletic background nor your strength. Our focus is to help you reach your goals, both physically and mentally, then exceed them. We have people accomplish feats they never thought they were capable of everyday. Do you have what it takes? Balance and health should take priority in building the most optimally-performing human, you will see the majority of the programming geared towards building technique, accuracy, strength of the snatch and clean and jerk.  We also focus on the structure of the body to ensure we have a wide base of strength, this is done through the proper execution of the squat, hinge, push, pull movements.  The goal is to build explosive and powerful athletes.

 

Our TorqueFit program is geared towards anyone looking to walk in the doors and get a great overall body workout. These programs are all geared towards HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) program is a workout with brief, all-out work periods, separated by rest periods.  Each 1-hour class contains components of bodyweight training and other toys such as kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, jump ropes. You name it we probably will use it. We incorporate all areas of fitness including strength, endurance, technique, and stamina. Every class is varied and challenging to ensure you never get bored. Everyone of all levels of fitness is encouraged to attend. We scale workouts to your level so you get the most out of your session every time! Balance and health should take priority in building the most optimally-performing human, you will see the majority of the programming geared towards health seekers or someone just looking to get a killer workout!

 

In today’s busy world, it is difficult to attach a typical allotted amount of time for exercise, let alone be capable of attending a specific class time. TSC offers a wide range of personal workout programs catered to help you achieve your ideal body. You will be appointed personal coach who will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be.
