We hope this message finds you well and thriving! We wanted to take a moment to share some insights regarding a recent adjustment to our payment policies.

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want you to know that starting December 1st, we will be introducing a nominal credit card processing fee on transactions. We believe in open communication, and we'd like to explain why we've made this decision.

Cost of Convenience: While we love providing the convenience of credit card payments, it comes at a cost for business. Credit card companies charge fees for processing transactions, and to continue offering this service, we are sharing a portion of that cost with our valued customers.

Maintaining Quality Service: Our priority is to uphold the quality of our coaching, programming, and facility. By introducing a modest credit card fee, we can ensure that we can continue delivering the exceptional experience you've come to expect.

Encouraging Choice: We understand that everyone has their preferred payment methods. The introduction of a credit card fee is also a way to encourage diversification in payment options. We gladly accept other forms of payment, such ACH (checking account), which might be more cost-effective for both parties.

Options:  For all credit & debit cards (excluding AMEX) there will be a 4% fee added onto your invoices. For Amex there will be a 5% fee added to your invoice.  If you choose to do ACH (checking account) there will be no added charge.

Moving Forward:  We will have a Payment Forms at the kiosk for everyone to fill out with their updated payment information if you choose to change it.  Otherwise starting in December, the fee will be added to your invoices. You may also change your payment method at any time after December as well.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding and continued support as we navigate these economic landscapes. Our commitment to providing you with outstanding coaching remains unwavering.
