Option 1: 3-Month Minimum

This program includes: 

  • Programming Delivery and Tracking with Trainheroic

  • Complete Training Program (Openers, Warmups, Lifts, Structure work included).

  • Program options include (Weightlifting, Powerlifting, GPP, General Strength, Wellness).

  • Weekly Check-Ins and Video Analysis


Option 2: 3-Month Minimum

This program includes: 

  • Team Training 3 x a Month

  • Custom Training

  • Programming Delivery and Tracking with Trainheroic

  • Complete Training Program (Openers, Warmups, Lifts, Structure work included).

  • Program options include (Weightlifting, Powerlifting, GPP, General Strength, Wellness).

  • Weekly Check-Ins, Video Analysis and in session Assessments.
