EVENTS:

Barrel Strength Systems One-Hand Flask  - The athlete must lift the apparatus in a overhand pinch grip and touch the height indicator to the crossbar, which is set for a 7.5” lift. The athlete does not have to wait for a down command.  The lifter does not have to be erect upon completion of the attempt. The lifting hand must be centered on the device.  Athlete is given 60 Seconds to complete the lift after his/her name is called; during that minute, there is no limit to how many times the lifter may try to complete the lift.

2.5” FBBC Crusher - Athletes have 60 seconds to commence the lift, there is no limit to how many times the lifter may try to complete the lift in the 60 seconds. No grip aids other than chalk allowed. The athlete will lift the Crusher until the cross guard touches the crossbar. No down command is required.   Lift height is 6”.  Athlete can use either hand, and must grip the center of the Crusher. Thumb less or locked thumb grip not allowed.

IronMind Hub -   The lifter starts the lift with all 5 fingertips of the lifting hand touching the plate at the base of the Hub.  It is permissible that the fingers rotate somewhat from this position during the course of the lift, but holding the Hub as if grabbing a doorknob is not allowed. The Hub must remain approximately parallel to the ground. Other than incidental contact, the hand or Hub must not touch the body before the lift is completed—dragging the hand or Hub up the leg is cause for an immediate "No lift."

The lifter must fully straighten up (back erect, legs and hips locked out); once standing straight, the lifter must maintain control of the lift for 1 second before getting a down signal from the referee, and must then return the weight to the ground. Contact must be maintained between the lifter's hand and the Hub until the weight is resting on the floor. The referee then indicates whether the lift was passed or not.  Athlete is given 60 seconds to complete the lift after his/her name is called; during that minute, there is no limit to how many times the lifter may try to complete the lift.

IronMind Axle: The athletes will each attempt to deadlift the IronMind Apollon’s Axle™ loaded with standard plates, starting weight will be appropriate for weight division and increasing in no less 5kg. Time starts when Axle is loaded, and athletes have 60 seconds to commence the lift, multiple attempts allowed within time limit. No grip aids other than chalk allowed. Athletes must grip axle with knuckles on both facing away from body (double overhand grip). Thumb less or locked thumb grip not allowed. Otherwise, standard powerlifting rules (including Sumo style) apply; resting Axle on the thighs or any downward movement will NOT be allowed. Athletes must await referee’s down signal before returning the Axle back to the platform all the while maintaining the grip/contact with Axle.

For each event competitors will have four trips to the platform.  Unlimited attempts in 60 seconds.  Rising bar format.
