Athlete Registration is done through BARS (USAW website)

As with all USAW sanctioned meets. A percentage of the profits will go to Partnership to End Addiction. Weigh-ins open 2 hours before the start time for each weight class. USAW membership and proper attire are required for your lifts to count.

For those not familiar with an Olympic weightlifting meet, you will have 3 attempts to post your best snatch and 3 attempts to post your best clean and jerk. Those are the bare bones basics but be sure to study with the material below if needed. This meet is for all levels of competitors as last year we had many first-time competitors competing next to those pushing for national records.

In order to compete in Olympic weightlifting in the US, you need to be a current member of USA Weightlifting. Go to http://www.teamusa.org/USA-Weightlifting to register.

Male Weight Class: 55, 61, 67, 73, 81

Female Weight Class: 76, 81, 87, 87+       

Weigh In 11:00 AM

Male Weight Class:  89, 96    

Weigh In 1:00 PM

Male Weight Class:  102, 109, 109+
