Torque Strength & Conditioning is one of the best gyms I have ever been a part of! I’ve moved around a lot and have been a member at six different gyms, and this one is by far the best. The coaching and programming is amazing, the people and community are top notch, and it’s one of my favorite places to be. The cool part about this box is they have literally everything you need: Olympic weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman, Sport Performance, kettlebells, mobility. Couldn’t be happier with it!

I've tried every fad fitness gym in the east metro, but after 3 to 6 months of the exact same programming and zero coaching training on movement, I was continuously getting burned out and hurt.  After a year of lifting at Torque, I'm stronger and have learned so much on proper form and to listen to my body.  Tyler and all of the Torque Coaches are trained in assessing movements and they aren't afraid to help you move to the proper position.  There are classes & coaches for everyone.  Mix it up, enjoy the various classes and come ready to learn & lift!

This place is more than a gym - it’s a community with knowledgeable staff that understand every body and athlete is different and will accommodate to your goals, experience, injuries, etc. With a ~10 year hip injury, Tyler has been the first coach I’ve found whose finally helped in building my recovery and strength. Whether you’re a novice or been lifting for years - this is the place to be.
